How do I get started?
Whether you are new to pole or joining us from another studio we will find the class that is right for you. The Foundation Class is the best place to begin if you've never tried it before.  Our staff is always on hand to answer your questions. Please call today to discuss your pole practice and let us help find the class that is right for you.

What should I wear to class? Is there any nudity?
Wear something comfy you would normally wear to a yoga class. Shorts are not needed in the beginning levels. Rest assured knowing there is NEVER nudity in any of our classes.

Do I have to wear heels?
Actually for the beginning levels heels are not used. Once you advance heels are optional but never required.

Do I need to bring anything to class?
Just water to keep you hydrated. Yoga mats, sanitizer and hand towels are provided. We always have cold bottled water and grip aids for sale in our lobby.

Are men allowed.

The studios classes are for woman only.

Do I need any experience prior to attending my first class?
Not at all! Our Foundation Class was designed just with the newbie in mind. And in our Beginner classes we teach you all of the fundamentals you need to start safely on your pole journey!

I don't consider myself fit and don't exercise regularly...can I still try the intro class?
Of course!!  You don't have to be in perfect shape to enjoy pole fitness. Different body types perform and move differently, and we embrace all women who want to experience this fun workout. We make it work for you.

I have just bought an unlimited membership for the month, do I need to register for each class I attend?
Once you purchase a month of unlimited classes, our staff will provide you information on all the classes available. Click on the "Book Now" button at the top of the page to reserve your spot.  Booking in advance assures you have a spot and it allows our instructors to prepare for each class's needs.

A Little Pole FYI:
Come prepared for a fun and exciting work out which can easily burn anywhere from 200-450 calories! Please refrain from wearing moisturizers on arms, hands, legs and feet. Moisturizers are dangerous weapons on the pole, and are very slippery which can result in injury. Always please no jewelry. Jewelry scratches the poles and can pinch you when trying a spin (better left at home or in your workout bag).
