TRX Training - Created by a Navy Seal, TRX training tightens your core, strengthens and lengthens your muscles and increases your flexibility. The diversity of this training system and programming is unique in its development but simple to perform, though you will be challenged as every movement requires balance and core strength. If you do not have either, the TRX will develop it and take care of all the neglected muscle groups your regular program misses.
TRXpress - Can you give us 30 minutes? The TRX Express workout is a timed program designed to strengthen the entire body, in multiple planes of motion, with large integrated movements. Each exercise is done in 45 second intervals with a 5 second break in between. You’ll get an hour’s workout in 17 minutes!
