PilatesPilates - The STOTT form of Pilates we teach is a contemporary approach that builds on the essence and principles of the late Joseph H. Pilates' work by incorporating modern knowledge about the body. The aim: optimal musculoskeletal performance-strength, flexibility, and endurance-without risking injury or building bulk. The STOTT Pilates repitoire consists of more than 500 systematic mat and equipment based exercises. With a focus on core stability, including pelvic and shoulder girdle stabilization, neutral alignment and breathing, STOTT Pilates also helps restore the natural curves of the spine, relieve tension and enhance self-confidence. TRX TrainingTRX Training - Created by a Navy Seal, TRX training tightens your core, strengthens and lengthens your muscles and increases your flexibility. The diversity of this training system and programming is unique in its development but simple to perform, though you will be challenged as every movement requires balance and core strength. If you do not have either, the TRX will develop it and take care of all the neglected muscle groups your regular program misses. TRXpress - Can you give us 30 minutes? The TRX Express workout is a timed program designed to strengthen the entire body, in multiple planes of motion, with large integrated movements. Each exercise is done in 45 second intervals with a 5 second break in between. You’ll get an hour’s workout in 17 minutes!

Group FitnessBallet Boot Camp - No ballet background or dance experience required! This new workout will help you develop that dancer’s body you have always wanted through combinations of cardio, stretch, strength and perfect posture! Through this series we will alternate workouts. We will start with cardio exercises that focus on fluidity through your arms and legs combined with balance practice and routines that tone your legs, back and abdominal muscles. Then we will rotate between exercises that we can practice on the ballet barre or on the floor, which we call floor-barre. Stretching, flexibility training and core work complete this ballet inspired workout. Kick Boxing - This class is packed with toning, cardio and high-intensity fitness to help strengthen legs, arms and core. Be prepared to sweat! Chair Fit - This class uses a chair to improve core strength while toning and firming your entire body. Zumba - Zumba is a Latin inspired, dance fitness class. A fusion of Latin rhythms like salsa, meringue, bachata, cumbia, cha-cha, mambo, reggae, calypso and much more... You don't have to be a dancer to do Zumba. Come and join the party and see what Zumba it's all about! Zumba definition: “To buzz like a bee or move fast" Belly Booty - Basic belly dance moves to rockin’ pop music of the Middle East will get your blood pumpin’, your heart thumpin’, and your booty bumpin’ as you shake, shimmy, pop, and lock to the beat. These dance moves will tone every inch of your body while teaching you isolations, control, posture, and more! Bring your hip scarf, your enthusiasm, and your curiosity.
Booty Beat with Dawn - When flirty, fabulous dance meets choreography with a strength-driven purpose; the result is a FUN, effective way to condition the entire body, inside and out!
